The Neighbourhood Centre is how we live out our mission — serving our community in practical, tangible ways.
The Neighbourhood Centre serves the community of Oshawa every week in tangible ways by providing essential resources like food, clothing and referrals to housing support, and offering employment training and financial literacy programs that support long-term self-sufficiency.
Through every program, initiative and meal served, the Neighbourhood Centre not only strives to restore dignity, stability and hope, but also to show the Oshawa community what it means to pursue a Jesus-centred life.

The Oshawa Newcomer Employment Accelerator (ONEA) supports newcomers and new immigrants establish their lives in Canada. In 2025, our Neighbourhood Centre supported people and families across Oshawa through practical care, consistent support and community-driven programs. Behind every number was a person, a family, or a moment of support given when it was needed most.
Faith is meant to be lived out loud, not just practiced inside a building.
Our annual Community BBQ is a free community gathering where we create space for our neighbours to connect, belong and experience genuine community. Through food, conversation, fun and service, we bring church beyond the walls and show the love of Jesus in practical ways.
Our Neighbourhood Centre exists to meet real needs in our community — not just in times of crisis, but in everyday moments and actions that create lasting change. This work happens because people show up, give and serve.
Here’s how you can be part of what we're doing in the Oshawa community.
